Through years of trying to “control” myself with dieting and trying to convince clients to eat healthily in my former life as a weight management nutritionist, I learned a very important lesson:
diets don’t work, and neither does reminding (myself) or clients of very accessible nutrition information… BUT getting to the root of why we eat the way we do, does.
