I’m the creator of the Pleasure Eating Process, and I’m here to help you discover your own authentic rhythm with food.

Eleven years ago, I was carrying over 30 pounds of extra weight and felt trapped in a cycle you might know too well: life gets overwhelming… binge to feel ‘better’… feel guilty… restrict… only to find myself bingeing again. I tried diet after diet, and in my former life as a weight management nutritionist, I spent my days convincing clients to eat “healthily.” But here’s what I learned: diets don’t work, and neither does piling on more nutrition information.

What *does* work is getting to the root of why we eat the way we do.

If you’re eating in a way that feels out of control, chances are it has less to do with food and more to do with trauma and conditioned responses. When I finally knew in my bones that bingeing wasn’t true pleasure—that it was only filling a void without truly satisfying it—I experienced a deep sense of freedom. It felt like waking up to a whole new way of being, one where I could explore what really satisfies and nourishes me.

That’s where the Pleasure Eating Process comes in. It supports you in resolving the root causes of overeating, emotional bingeing, and self-sabotage. As you heal the underlying reasons for these patterns, you begin to align naturally with your authentic rhythm with food and ease into your authentic weight.
